1. Agreement to Terms

By registering on the KYM Network Marketing platform, you agree to comply with all rules and business codes stated herein. You must be at least 18 years of age to establish a distributor membership.

2. Single-Wallet Account Integrity

Each registered member is granted strictly ONE wallet ledger. Dual accounts, fraudulent duplicate registrations, or currency manipulation are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account termination. Currency display selectors only alter view preferences without currency exchange rights.

3. Sponsorship & Non-Transferability

Sponsor assignments established at the time of registration are permanent and cannot be modified without written authorization from Super Administration following strict compliance review.

4. Commercial Conduct & Ethical Promotion

Distributors must honestly present KYM membership plans and referral compensation schedules. Distributors shall never guarantee profits, advertise passive investment returns, or misrepresent the platform as a financial scheme.

5. Account Suspension and Auditing

Management reserves the right to review, hold, or audit transactions suspected of fraud, chargeback attempts, or security violations.
